Returns & refunds
Thirty days from delivery. Any reason. No restocking fees.
How to start a return
- Email support@amazingbusinessstore.com with your order ID and a short reason.
- We reply within one business day with a return address and instructions.
- Ship it back — tracking required. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless the item was defective or we sent the wrong thing.
- We refund the full item price to your original payment method within 3–5 business days of receiving the return.
Damaged or defective items
Send a photo or short video within 72 hours of delivery and we'll replace it or refund in full — you keep the broken one. No need to ship it back.
What we can't accept
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Items damaged by use (beyond normal wear)
- Cosmetics or skincare that have been opened or used (hygiene reasons)
Refunds
We refund to the card or account you used at checkout. Bank processing typically adds 2–5 business days on top of our 3–5 day refund window.
